I bought 4 springs, one of which gave way and is causing me problems with my car, and the seller won't accept the return. I told him the truth, namely that I use the car every day and that to wait for just one shock absorber it takes at least 4/5 days. You can imagine that I pointed out that, besides the cost of fitting and refitting, I'd have to rent a car to avoid other problems. He is turning a deaf ear. The question is this: in cases like this do I have to wait for a refund? In 4 months the spring has given way and honestly I'm worried that if within a year the others give way too? I'll be honest, I've thought about it of course and I'm not satisfied or at ease at this point. I'll wait to see if someone can tell me how I can do it? Thanks
