Good afternoon, I have a problem. I’m new to eBay and I need to update my account details. I did everything I was supposed to do, entering my electronic ID card and all my correct details, but I don’t understand why, after checking over and over again, I keep getting the notification that I need to update my details even though I’ve checked them a thousand times. Could you please find a solution for me.
