Good evening everyone, in your opinion is it right that a seller puts an item at a certain price and then, before shipping, realizes they made a mistake with the price and to make up for it ships you something else while also changing the listing? I believe that this kind of taking people for a ride only exists on eBay !!!!! Try going into a supermarket and maybe by mistake you find, say, Vecchia Romagna at 2.30 instead of 23.00 do you know what happens? That meanwhile the cashier is OBLIGED to ring up the bottle for 2.30 until they remove the goods from the shelf and correct the price and anyway all the people in line at the checkout with the bottle in hand have the right to pay 2.30 .... why doesn't this happen on eBay ? And why, on top of that, even though I paid in advance, do I have to wait months for a refund ? Yes, months, because between the shipping, the refusal of the package and the return to destination a month passes !!!! A month that because of an dishonest, clever, thieving seller I have to wait a month to get my money back and not be able to buy from others!!? After 10 years as a regular eBay customer, now I've had enough; either they change their policy toward customers or I won't buy on eBay anymore
