Good evening, I paid for an item but they won’t ship it to me because they asked me for an additional fee
good evening I bought this item and paid for it but they won't ship it to me because they're asking for an extra fee at this point I'm no longer interested I started the refund process but it asks me to enter the return label which I don't have because the item is still with the seller is there a phone number to call ?Thanks in advance for your help .

you simply used the wrong method to ask for a refund... what sense does it make to open a return procedure for an item you never received?
The correct procedure was this:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
At the bottom of the link you’ll find how to contact support, ask them if you can change the request you opened.
