I have a valuable watch for sale and the interested buyer (eBay user since 19/10/23 with 0 feedback) is asking if they can probably pick up the item in person.
My listing does not allow in-person pickup

What do you recommend?

If it’s not possible to modify the listing (it seems so), close it and make another one that includes local pickup.

When there’s local pickup, the buyer receives a code. When the seller scans the code, they get proof of delivery.
