Good evening. I’m trying to buy an item from the UK, but it isn’t being shipped to Italy. Why is that?

Good evening. I have tried several times to buy through the “buy it now“ option. The item is in the United Kingdom and I am not allowed to complete the purchase process because I am told it is not sold in my country, namely Italy. How is this possible?

Very possible... evidently the seller DOES NOT want to ship to Italy... they are absolutely not obliged to do so!

International shipping is optional.

That's absolutely not true! The seller had stated that there were no restrictions. Certainly not toward Italy. I purchased it from another platform
