Sorry to bother you again, I reported what happened to the postal police who obviously confirmed it was a scam, urging me to file a complaint but I won't get my money back, I can only report the seller and exclude them from the site
Do you think it's better to let it go given the very long investigation times?

Keep in mind that it will be of little use, but the more reports eBay receives, the more likely they may be to consider removing the person.

I suggest you donāt give up; we need to keep ābotheringā people like this, even if it will take a long time and the results will be almost nil.

OP1 year agoThank you so much, this situation has really shaken me, because I had bought the phone with the money my mother gave me shortly before she died, that's why I'm so bitter, it was her savings.Ā
I wouldn't have made this mess if it had been my own money, because I understand that I was a bit careless, but caught up in the excitement I was impulsive, tomorrow I'll see what my uncle, commander of the Carabinieri, advises me to do, for now good night and thank you againĀ
