Good evening everyone
One question: a user bought my item and then cancelled, money was charged to my card and I should refund the money to him too, how can I resolve this
1 I didn't sell the item
2 I lost money
3 he also wants me to send him the refund

Mentore2 years agoIf you canceled the sale, of course you also have to refund it... and eBay certainly did it for you by taking the money from your card!
So... what would the problem be?
