Good evening everyone! A few months ago I bought a video file from a seller I had already made other purchases from; specifically, it’s a movie that unfortunately turned out to be defective. The seller had assured me via messages that he would solve the problem, but that has not been the case, and just a little while ago I tried to contact him for updates... The result? I’m unable to send him messages, as the notice "blocked user" appears! How can I solve the problem, given that the gentleman mentioned above hasn’t even had the decency to refund me?
