Good evening everyone! My name is Andrea and I’ve been a user of this platform for a few years now.

Good evening everyone! A few months ago I bought a video file from a seller I had already made other purchases from; specifically, it’s a movie that unfortunately turned out to be defective. The seller had assured me via messages that he would solve the problem, but that has not been the case, and just a little while ago I tried to contact him for updates... The result? I’m unable to send him messages, as the notice "blocked user" appears! How can I solve the problem, given that the gentleman mentioned above hasn’t even had the decency to refund me? If he didn't have the rights to sell that video file, you couldn't have bought it ......

unfortunately digital deliveries from unauthorized users are not covered by eBay customer guarantee, so you cannot claim a refund from anyone.
