The box said the model I bought, inside I found a similar model but obviously not the one I bought, which includes more accessories. Obviously the seller isn’t listening... I’m asking you, to mount it on the wall and check the purchase, I clearly opened the box damaging it, to start the return how can I proceed? I wouldn’t want them not to refund me because the box is damaged. Thanks1000
