Good evening, I made a return, but the courier who picked it up didn't give me the shipping number

This morning I made a return with BRT . Since I had to enter the shipping code on my eBay account, I realized that the courier didn’t give it to me and the references I have on the labels sent by the seller aren’t right. What can I do? Mostly because I’m afraid I won’t get my money refunded, I’m attaching photos of the labeled packages if anyone can help me

Asking the seller is pointless, obviously they won't reply to you... are you sure you don't have any other info?
Have you tried calling BRT?
