good evening, I received a message from you asking me to return the item to the seller, but
good evening
I received a message from you saying that you are asking me to return the item to the seller, I remind you that I opened a dispute for the item that arrived with the box completely almost destroyed, and neither the seller nor eBay asked me for the photos of the damaged part, what am I supposed to do, according to you, ship it at my own expense as your message says, for a fault that I do not have' sorry but what did you examine explain to me, in writing I really don't believe that something like this would make me responsible or blame someone who is not at fault'
send the label, because I have the package ready already for about 10 days.

Mentore1 year agoIf you opened a standard return procedure … https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041
…….you’ll know that return shipping costs are the seller’s or the buyer’s responsibility depending on the reason you selected.
In case of non-compliance with the listing, they are the seller’s responsibility.
In case of an item not to the buyer’s liking, they are the buyer’s responsibility.
If eBay asks you to ship at your own expense, clearly you selected the second case.
If you do not ship within the deadline they gave you, you lose all right to a refund.
