Good evening, I have a problem with BRT shipping.
Good evening, I sold an item and chose BRT shipping, and the courier was supposed to come pick up the package from my home and then the package was supposed to be delivered directly to the buyer’s home. I paid for and printed the label I received by email from Packlink and I attached it to the package, but... the BRT courier hasn’t come by for 3 days now (they were supposed to come on October 24), and on the sales listing it shows as shipped with the tracking code and other stuff... How can I solve this problem? Also because it says that the buyer should have received the package from October 26 to 30, but no one has come by here and I also paid 6 euros for the label... Thank you, maybe this has happened to someone and they’d know how to help me, thanks again!
