Good evening, I’d like to know if it’s possible to return a radiator, bought new, that is leaking....
The seller, when I had PayPal contact him, told me to cancel the claim and that he would replace the radiator. Then when I canceled the claim he told me he would no longer replace it and had me do various tests.
For important family reasons I then stopped using the bike. Now that I’ve tried to use it again, I still find the leak. It has been 1 year and 1 day since the purchase.
Can I still request a refund or a replacement?
I can’t get through to either the seller or eBay...
Thanks to anyone who can give me information..

Mentore3 years agoBy now it's too late for any dispute.
Two serious mistakes:
First, you should have asked for a return and refund through eBay and only in case of emergency resorted to PayPal.
Second, you should never have listened to what the seller told you.

OP3 years agoBut the warranty on the part will still be there, right?
I’d hope so

Mentore3 years agoFor that, you’ll have to deal directly with the seller (if it’s a professional seller who is required to give you a 24-month warranty on the new item they sold you).
If they refuse the warranty, you can report them for unfair commercial practices to the AGCM authority.
At the end (point 8 of this guide) you’ll find the contact details and the online reporting form.... https://www.agcm.it/pubblicazioni/dettaglio?id=411fd8e5-67bf-4163-a12d-8af10dfc351f&parent=Vademecum&parentUrl=/pubblicazioni/mini-guide
