If you received the message from ebay confirming your refund, ebay starts the refund within two working days from the date of the message. Then the timing depends on your bank account and your credit card.

If you haven't received the message, something went wrong in the process, check what happened.

If you’ve received an email saying the refund has been issued, you should see it on the same method you used to pay in about 5 days.

If you haven’t received any email, it means it hasn’t been issued.
