hello, I bought an item and it arrived not working, the seller says he sent me another one but it hasn't arrived, he doesn't respond and the report has been closed, what should I do? thanks

Mentore10 months agoIf the report has been closed, you waited too long before asking for help. The dispute closes by itself if there is inactivity for more than 21 days.

Only if you paid with a credit card, you can ask the card issuer for help with a chargeback.
