Good morning
Hello, I placed an order and I keep getting a message on my phone saying that I need to provide my tax code and my residence address for customs clearance. I’m not giving these details to anyone, so what do we do now, because if I don’t receive the package then I’d like my money back, thanks

Mentore1 year agoIf you don't receive a package because it's held up in customs, you won't be entitled to any refund.
Customs procedures are always the buyer's responsibility.
If the requests are legitimate and come from the courier who is handling customs clearance for something you bought in a non-EU country, it's in your interest to cooperate.
