Good morning everyone. Is there some advanced way to communicate directly with Ebay, other than canned replies? I bought a book for 56 euros; at the time of delivery the seller said she wanted 4,500 for it instead, and I can’t manage to get a refund either from her (who says she hasn’t received it from Ebay) or from Ebay, to whom I tried to report what happened without any result.Thanks to anyone who has any useful suggestions.
