How can I make it so the products are exchanged between buyers? If needed, can I have two new labels printed and sent to them?

When the respective buyers let you know that they have received the wrong items, you will provide them with shipping labels that you will send to each of them... you can already do this now by informing them of the mix-up. Kind regards.
