Good morning everyone, a few weeks ago I won two lots of Kinder surprises at an auction, then I requested the invoice with combined shipping.
I never received either the invoice with the total amount due or, even less so, a response about combined shipping.
Today I found out that the order was canceled by the seller and I now have a blocked account for non-payment.
I’m not used to not paying for purchases, and my feedback shows that, and I believe I was the victim of a misunderstanding due to poor communication.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks everyone

Mentore1 year agoThe seller was under no obligation to combine the two shipments; he could have easily kept the two purchases separate and waited for the payments.
If you waited more than 4 days to pay, you were reported twice as a non-paying user.
With two warnings like that, you'll have trouble continuing to make purchases on eBay, since many sellers block buyers who have two or more failed payments.
