Good morning, I bought an item and left a review, then after 15 days I realized that the item was defective and difficult to use. I ask for a replacement, it is approved and the user tells me that GLS will come to pick it up, without giving me a waybill. Can’t I open a dispute or cancel the feedback while waiting for the replacement? Thanks
