the seller is not obliged to respond to your requests... if you want to describe the problem, maybe we can point you to the most correct eBay procedure.
It depends on the type of seller you bought from; if it was a professional seller within the EU, you have a 24-month warranty, otherwise there is no warranty at all.
In any case, since eBay can no longer help you, if you are within certain time limits you can turn to the payment method you used for any possible dispute.
