good morning, how should one deal with a troublesome buyer who buys and then cancels the purchase shortly after? the first time I accepted the cancellation request without any problems because mistakes happen, then when I realized he had bought it out of spite I blocked him.2 weeks pass and this guy (you can tell he was offended by the fact that I blocked him), made another account, bought the same item again and even sent me a note saying he was the same buyer as last time and after half an hour from the purchase he sends me a cancellation request. -_- Now, I don't care about selling him the item at all costs. I want to make sure I don't have to deal with him anymore, because if he wants he can keep this going forever by creating new accounts.
