Good morning, how can I enable multiple purchase and have it appear in the newsletter?

I've been a seller for a few months, I activated multi-buy by following eBay's steps but unfortunately the wording I attached in the photo below doesn't appear, and it doesn't show up even when I try to do my shop's newsletter. I probably made a mistake in one of the steps, can you help me? Thanks in advance
