Good morning, how can I confirm that a product I bought has arrived anyway, even if it was late, if I had previously reported that it was late? Thanks

If you have already asked eBay to intervene, wait for the refund confirmation and then arrange with the seller for a new payment.

OP2 years agoThanks, but unfortunately this action doesn’t appear in the actions, and neither does reporting that the item has arrived

Mentore2 years agoIf you can’t find what Mario indicated, you need to explain how you reported the delay...
You can’t mark the item as arrived; that’s the seller’s job if they correctly enter the tracking in the order details.
