Good morning, how can I change the shipping method?

Question

I sold an item and used the shipping service offered by ebay. I chose Bartolini BRT with pickup of the item at home. After 3 days no courier has come to pick up the package, so I contacted BRT who replied that with ebay they do not come to collect the package, but I have to take it myself to the drop-off point. I wanted to check the shipping agreement but I can't figure out where to find it. Can someone help me. Thanks
