Good morning, I need to change the shipping method chosen by the buyer after the purchase, (from home delivery to a pickup point) how can I do it?

You can't do that. You wouldn't be able to prove delivery.If you want to satisfy the buyer, you need to agree with them to cancel this sale. You can relist it with the requested option and they can repeat the purchase.  hellomario
