This seller, always among my favorites, for the products and the prices, is also one of the very few who talks with the customer in real time, very attentive and above all extremely fair and very helpful. Because of a mistake of mine, I caused a technical mix-up. I apologize for it and ask to be able to explain the misunderstanding. It doesn't seem right to me that because of a mistake of mine this good seller should get a negative rating... What can I do to set things right? Thank you.Marco
