Good morning, a few months ago I bought a Folletto with a warranty, so also at a fairly high cost
Good morning, I bought a Folletto months ago with a warranty. When I removed the brush, the button that holds it in no longer goes back in and prevents the brush from being inserted. There was definitely an initial problem. Now, despite the warranty, they won't replace the product for me. Who should I contact?
Where can I find direct eBay contacts?

Mentore1 year agoThe seller... legal warranty can only be provided by the professional EU seller... so only you know who you bought it from.
If the seller is no longer active, you will have no warranty.
