Good morning, I bought an item, paid with PayPal, which arrived regularly, but recently I realized it was a scam! The seller is no longer registered. How can I track him down? Thanks

Good morning,

if they’re no longer registered, you can’t track them down... if they were a professional seller with a VAT number, if it’s still active you can check it through that.

In any case, eBay can help you within 30 days of the purchase, PayPal can do so within 180 days, and chargeback within 13 months.

So you decide what’s best to do in your case.
