Good morning,I bought a counterfeit product on eBay from the seller B-Konnect: an SSD that was supposed to be 4TB was actually 1TB, but it had the controller reprogrammed to appear to be the right capacity. The result is that after successfully writing a few Gbytes of data, the drive errors out and is no longer recognized.Unfortunately, I only realized this after the 30 days from delivery, and eBay did not allow me to return the item, nor to leave feedback. Here comes the masterpiece: the seller grants me an RMA, telling me to ship the item back to them at my own expense, promising to run tests and replace it in case of malfunction.Well, after receiving the drive, B-Konnect simply stopped responding to any of my messages, managing to scam me for the second time in a little over a month.Is there anything I can still do to recover what was stolen, or at least report the scam to other eBay users?
