Good morning, but is it possible that a seller doesn't respond in any way when the shipment is late, even today on eBay!!

The seller is not obliged to respond.
The seller, however, should respect their own fulfillment times, which they clearly state in the listing... did you read them?
If they don’t respect them, once the final delivery deadline has passed, you can file a report:
