Good morning, in 2022 I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and for some time now it hasn't been working like it used to. It's still under warranty but I don't know how to proceed now. I would like to have it repaired

Mentore2 years agoIf you bought it from whoever issued your first feed, it was a store based in China and so there is no warranty. You can throw it away.

Mentore2 years agoYou must contact the seller exclusively... obviously if they are a professional.
If you bought it from a private individual or from someone outside the EU, there is no warranty.
