Good morning, if I return a purchase, are the shipping costs at my expense?
I bought a hair clipper. The item that arrived is totally different from the description, and the seller justified it by saying that since they didn’t have the same model, they sent another one. Aside from the dishonesty and the lack of communication, I’m realizing that the shipping is at my expense

Mentore9 months agoShipping is not at your expense; if you ask eBay to intervene, the seller has to pay the return shipping costs if they want the item back, otherwise the risk for them is that eBay refunds you and exempts you from returning it.
Check the return timeframe carefully; with eBay it’s 30 days from the date of receipt.
