Good morning, if an item seems counterfeit, what should be done?
If an item looks counterfeit what can be done? Returning it costs me too much, I’ve already paid 96 euros in customs duties and the seller isn’t responding 😫

Mentore3 years agoIf it just seems that way and so it’s only your "assumption," I think you can do very little... in any case, if you have solid proof you can open a return request for an item not as described; obviously the return will be at the seller’s expense.
Remember, though, that import costs will not be refunded.
