Ask the seller if they can kindly send you a copy of their shipping receipt.

If the code and address match, you have received the item and you won’t be able to ask the seller for anything. There is a courier that certifies that a package with that code was delivered to your address.

If the code or address are wrong, you can ask ebay to intervene.
