it depends on who you bought it from... if from a private seller or a non-EU professional seller, you have no guarantee at all... if instead the seller is an EU professional seller (with VAT number), you have a 24-month legal guarantee if you purchased as an end user.
Or, in all cases, you have the guarantee that the item will arrive, offered by eBay, usable within 30 days of purchase.
