Coupon discount voucher until October 30

Good morning, I received a discount code from eBay that expires on October 30. I enter it when paying for a purchase (which must be over 10€) and it tells me it has expired. What should I do? Can someone tell me who I should contact?

first of all, have you read the Terms and Conditions of the voucher?

Maybe it has limitations... but it hasn't expired...
