Buyer did not pay customs duties
Hello Community, asking for your advice here. Buyer did not pay customs duties, That's why buyer not received parcel yet. On the other hand Buyer telling to Ebay. I did not receive the parcel yet. And Ebay telling me resolve this issue. So what i need to do. Can you help me Community.

Mentore2 years agoIf the buyer has refused to pay the customs fees, the package should be returned to your address.
Check whether this is happening by monitoring the package tracking.
Since this is their mistake, offer the buyer a partial refund (what they paid minus the expenses you incurred).
If they still won’t accept, have eBay customer service call you by phone (using the link at the bottom of the attached page) and ask them: https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/come-gestire-una-richiesta-di-rimborso-venditori?id=4115
