Is there anyone who isn't receiving packages from England?
In the last period I have received more refunds than items, after spending hours online looking for them and buying them. This is because, despite VAT already being paid on Ebay via Paypal at checkout, the wonderful Italian customs (Milano Roserio first and foremost) decide that there is still something wrong (but that isn’t true: I assume they simply don’t know English and international codes): and the parcels are sent back to the sender. The thing is quite mysterious as well as annoying. In the last month a real disaster: I have received NOTHING of what I bought, except when shipped by other foreign couriers NOT in partnership with Poste Italiane. Is anyone of you encountering the same problems? I think Ebay should keep an eye on this and try to understand what is happening. In this regard I would remind you that Roserio has already made the headlines in the past...

In the last few months I’ve made only three purchases in the UK, but they all went through normally. One with GSP and two with Royal Mail. All arrived with Poste Italiane.
