Drastic drop in sales
Good evening everyone, We have been professional sellers since 2019 and we have never had to use this contact/support method to get help or explanations, but maybe only you can help me since eBay is not able to.
We operate in the fashion sector and also sell on other Marketplaces with satisfactory volumes, aware of the fact that in Italy eBay ranks 2nd in importance, we invested and believed in it, Nothing could be more wrong! It has been a full six months that sales have been steadily declining until reaching zero for some time now, yet we were Top Sellers for a long time, and recently above standard, we use a bit of all the sales strategies available (sponsored-coupons-discounts-social etc) but without any result. Very disappointed, we asked for info from eBay seller support which turned out to be unsatisfactory and incompetent, (not to mention that we had explicitly requested to speak with an Italian operator and he could barely speak Italian) they gave us evasive answers, grasping at straws, leaving us completely in the dark.
