Hello everyone, I recently opened my eBay account as a private seller and, consequently, I also subscribed to the Basic plan to have the eBay Store. The problem is that since I opened the Store I can no longer change my profile picture (which has remained the one from before opening the store), while I can only change the Store's picture itself. Technical support was unable to give me an answer because they kept referring me to the standard procedure (clicking the pencil above the photo in "my eBay"), which only works if you don't have a Store, since in my case, clicking on my profile photo under "my eBay" takes me to the Store page and not to the profile edit page. In addition, support then claimed that no one would see my old profile picture anymore, only the store one, which is not true because when visiting an item page even as a guest, that damn photo still appears next to the username. Just to be safe I tried with an eBay account without a Store and indeed in this case the procedure suggested by support was correct and worked normally. Thanks to anyone who can give me some info about this!
