Change shipping engines
I have an item for sale
a customer bought it but now is only telling me to deliver with in-person pickup
can I change it by setting shipping so I can download the label and ship it?
if so, how can I do it?

Mentore1 year agoYou should have done it before selling.
Now it would be better for you to agree with the buyer to cancel the sale, modify the listing and possibly repeat the purchase selecting shipping.
With in-person delivery, the seller must scan the code that eBay gives the buyer.
If you had to ship, you wouldn’t have that QR code from the buyer and therefore you couldn’t prove that you delivered the item.
If the buyer opens a dispute, you would be forced to reimburse them

If you had planned for local pickup only, you need to cancel the sale and relist it with shipping.
