Change of tracking code indicated in a return
Hi everyone, I’m asking if it’s possible to change the courier listed on a return. Unfortunately I selected BRT but, having shipped with Packlink, the tracking number comes up as incorrect. In fact, the BRT tracking number would be different from the Packlink one and I’d like to correct it. Do you think it’s possible once the return details have been entered? thanks in advance, Stefano.

OP1 year agoGood evening, unfortunately I don't know how to contact support. I know very well that Packlink is not a courier, but they had given a code for the shipment. Only after attaching it to the process did I find out that it was not the BRT code. Is there a way to correct it? I wouldn't know where to contact support. I don't really have the option on the return page. Thanks.

Packlink is not a courier... if the shipment was sent with BRT, you need to enter the shipment number, not the BRT code.
To do that, contact support.
