change my mind about buying
Good morning, it seems to me that if you change your mind about a purchase, all you have to do is state that it was not as described to get a refund, is that right?

Mentore5 months agoFormally correct, but you have to make a false statement.
So in distance purchases, on all platforms, a dishonest person can change their mind and declare that what they received is not compliant.
