Change shipping address
hi everyone, I just bought an item from an international seller and only afterward did I realize that the shipping address isn’t up to date and is my old address. How can I make sure the seller ships to my new address?

Mentore1 year agoYou can't change the address after you've paid.
Politely ask the seller to cancel the order and then place it again... remember that they are not obliged to accommodate you, and if they do ship it, it will be your responsibility to recover it at the old address, and if it gets returned to sender you will have to pay for a new shipment or you may get a refund minus the shipping costs paid by the seller.
In any case, they are not obliged to do it, because the accuracy of the shipping address is your responsibility and the eBay customer guarantee does not cover this situation.
