Change payment method and refund
I bought a car accelerator pedal, and I paid with a Postepay card in my name. Unfortunately, I had to get a new Postepay card, and in the refund I received I noticed that it refers to the old blocked card. I contacted the seller and changed the card on eBay, but evidently the refund was sent to the old card. What should I do in this case?

Mentore3 years agoThe refund cannot be issued to any other card except the one you used to pay.
You therefore need to contact the post office that issued your old card to find out how you can get your money back.
No one else will be able to help you.
Anyway... also read the answers they already gave you, you opened the same conversation two days ago...
