Change username to open another account with the same name
Good morning
We need to open another account this time under my husband’s name since he is the VAT number holder of the company. The problem is the username. The new account must have the same name as my current one (company name). Can I change my current name so that the new account can have the previous name?
I apologize for this endless roundabout way of putting it..

accounts must have unique nick names, you cannot create one with the same name.
You also cannot modify the holder of the current account, because it is strictly personal.
In any case, try contacting support, maybe they can make exceptions.

OP2 years agoThanks sika700, yes, I know I can’t modify the account holder, they block everything for me. The only thing is to open another account. The problem of the username remains. So if they don’t even change my nickname, can I give my current nickname to the other account?
That is, let’s say I change my name from etnalavarock to peracotta, can I register the new account as etnalavarock?
