Can this seller be removed from ebay
I ordered MOLLA X TESTINA STIHL AUTOCUT 2-2 FSE 41/ FSE 52/FSA 56/TE410 /TE400 Numero ordine 25-10205-22662 ID ogetto *** Prezzo dell'ogetto EUR 9.00. VENDITORE *** , but only received a small part of the pictured part, namely a metal spring. I cannot find this person online, and therefore cannot contact him. But I think it would be appropriate to remove such people from ebay.

Kind regards.
