Cancellation
The company Tech-and-more sent the shipment using a type called correspondence 1 This means: 1) it is not registered mail 2) there is no requirement to sign for receipt. In practice, if any problem occurs that prevents the parcel from being received, it gets lost. In short, this package shows as delivered but I did not receive it and I had no way to claim anything. I basically donated almost 11 euros to Tech-and-more. That’s it! Terrible service Could someone please tell me how to delete my account from ebay

But the problem you had was with the individual seller and the issue was caused by Poste Italiane.

OP3 years agoIf you sell an item, to protect the buyer, the company cannot use a non-trackable shipping method. It's like leaving your car unlocked and without any alarm...

Mentore3 years agoYes, we completely agree. But the problem is the seller’s, and the inconvenience was caused by the courier, you take it up with ebay.

OP3 years agoif on eBay I find these companies, the next time I buy something I’ll always have that Hamlet-like doubt: will the package arrive or not?. Do I make myself clear? And anyway, I don’t have it in for eBay, I just find it unnecessary to keep an active eBay account. One question, Mario: do you work for eBay?

It’s logic... you don’t need to work for eBay to get that!

You tell me what fault eBay has if YOU... I repeat YOU... chose a seller... whether it's a company or a private individual... who ships with Posta 1??
Did eBay perhaps send it to you??
Did eBay perhaps force you to use it??
